15 Day Return Policy
Diamond Jewelry Designs offers a 15-day money back guarantee should you not be satisfied in any way with your purchase. The 15-day guarantee starts the day that you receive the merchandise. Once we receive the merchandise, we will refund your credit card for the full amount of the purchase less shipping cost. We do not offer any refund on special order or custom jewelry. We make it easy to return merchandise, simply call us at 1-866-632-6440 for a return authorization number to put on the outside of the package and for the return shipping address. Make sure that you insure the package for the full amount of the purchase price and include all of the paperwork that you received. The item must be returned unworn and undamaged in the same condition that it was sent.
Tax
We are a Michigan based company, so we must charge 6% sales tax to all items purchased within the state of Michigan.

Money Orders Once your money order has been cleared merchandise will be shipped
Checks Once your check has been cleared merchandise will be sent out. Usually holds up order 10 days
Shipping
We only ship within the United States. We do not ship internationally. We only ship to credit card billing addresses. If you need your packaged shipped elsewhere, please contact us at 1-866-632-6440 to make other arrangements.
